Tresses by Marie Mikel maintains a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is inspected to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. Once the hair has left our facilities, there are NO REFUNDS OR NO EXCHANGES. Any issues, inquiries or questions regarding your order please contact us directly. We take pride in our quality and only provide the best for our clients.

Due to the raw nature of our products; all sales are final. We ask that the customer make sure their order is right by selecting the correct type of hair, texture and length.

NO EXCHANGES

Absolutely No Exchanges, due to the raw nature of our products, all sales are final. Tresses by Marie Mikel, will not accept any item for an exchange. Please be sure to select the correct type of hair, texture and length to ensure that  you are placing the correct order.
