HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
To accomplish a full sew-in weave with our 100% unprocessed virgin hair, we recommend anywhere from 7 to 10 ounces (200-300 grams) of hai
r. For
lengths 18″ and under, 2-3 bundles will achieve a full luxurious weave. Any length 18″ and above we recommend 3-4 bundles to achieve a full luxurious weave. Each bundle weighs 3.5oz but do keep in mind that the longer lengths have shorter wefts (track) as their weight is taken by the length. If you are using closures, frontal or 360 frontal and have questions regarding how many bundles you may need please contact us directly.
CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR?
Our hair is 100% unprocessed virgin hair cut directly from donors that has not been processed in any way. The hair can be chemically treated (colored, rinsed, bleach, dyed, etc.) but once it has been treated it has now been processed. Please make sure to properly care for your colored hair by keeping it conditioned and moisturized and by following our care tips for colored hair!
HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?
By following our hair care instructions properly, your hair can last anywhere from 2-3 years (a long time, right)!
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL TEXTURES:
Shampoo at least once a week
Use a shampoo no higher than pH7
Do NOT massage
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp
Rinse thoroughly
Let air dry
DAILY MAINTENANCE:
Use styling products minimally to avoid build up
For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look
For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water
AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!
Dampen hair with a water bottle
Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp
Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls
Let air dry
Style as desired
I NOTICED THAT SOME BUNDLES HAVE A SLIGHT LIGHTER HAIR COLOR THAN OTHER BUNDLES I
HAVE ORDERED PREVIOUSLY. I ALSO DISCOVERED A FEW GREY HAIRS PRESENT, IS THIS NORMAL?
Absolutely. This is perfectly normal. Please understand that 100% pure Virgin hair is untreated hair. It comes from various donors. Some donors are older than others and vice versa. Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and hair color ranging anywhere from an off black to a natural brown color, and yes, even a few gray strands here or there. At no time will virgin hair bundles ever look the same because all hair is not donated by the same person. What is always consistent is the raw and natural quality of the hair. The gorgeous texture and gentle blend that it has with your own natural hair.
